A non-refundable deposit of 10% (or £100 whichever is the greater) is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking within 8 weeks of your stay then full payment is required at the time of booking.

An additional £75 loss/damage fee is also required with full payment to cover any damage, breakages or loss of keys that may occur during your stay. This will be returned to you after your stay once the caravan has been checked assuming there are no problems. We will require your bank details in order to do this.

Please leave our privately owned holiday home in a clean and tidy condition and remove all rubbish when you leave and ensure the keys are put back in the key safe.

We have a no pets, no smoking or vaping policy in our caravan.

Failure to comply may result in the loss/damage fee being retained in order to deep clean the caravan.

Although we provide pillow and duvets, pillow case covers, duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided.  These must be brought with you.

Haven entertainment passes are not included and must be purchased separately from Haven reception upon arrival.  Details of their cost can be found Here.

NB.  Haven facilities may not be open outside of their standard season.  This is usualy March to October however please check their website for details.
