To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 10% whichever is the greater. The balance is due within 8 weeks of your stay plus a £75 loss/damages/cleaning retainer fee.

By paying the deposit or full amount you are agreeing to the following terms:

Booking Terms:

No smoking or vaping in the caravan.

No pets.

Arrival after 2pm on your arrival date.

Departure before 10am on departure date.

We provide pillows and duvets only.  All pillow case covers, duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided and these must be brought with you.

Entertainment passes are not included.  These must be purchased separately from Haven upon arrival if you wish to use their facilities.  NB.  Facilities may be limited or not be open at all outside of Havens season of March to October.

Upon departure, the caravan must be left in a clean and tidy state with all rubbish removed and placed in the onsite bins.

All dishes/crockery must be hand washed on the day of departure as setting the dishwasher off may delay the cleaners if they have to wait for the cycle to finish and therefore subsequently be charged for their time.

Keys must be returned to the key safe.

The £75 loss/damages/cleaning fee will be retained by us to cover the cost should there be any damage to the caravan or where items are missing or if keys are lost or not returned or where the caravan needs extra cleaning (such as washing up) or a  deep clean.  Rubbish MUST be put in the Haven bins onsite and not left outside the caravan.  Bin bags left outside are at risk of being attacked by seagulls which will distribute the rubbish and therefor incur extra cleaning charges for the cleaners to pick up the mess.

The caravan will be checked on the morning of your departure and you will be notified immediately should there be a problem.
